§ 6.12.165. Automobile towing service.

Any person who engages in the operation of towing services shall pay an annual license fee of fifty dollars per vehicle. Applicants for this license shall provide evidence from the transportation service authority that they have been authorized to provide these services. This license shall also be required for this activity from any person operating from a fixed place of business outside the unincorporated boundaries of the county, but who comes into the county to perform these services, or from any person, firm, association or corporation having no fixed place of business who comes into the county to transact business.
