§ 6.12.133. Assisted living facility.

  • Defined as a facility consisting of a building or building complex, used or maintained to provide living quarters, and which may also provide nursing, dietary, and other personal services, to handicapped or elderly persons as provided for pursuant to NAC 449. For each assisted living facility, the semiannual license fee shall be determined by the amount of semiannual gross revenue as contained in the schedule of Section 6.12.995 of this chapter.
