§ 6.12.1005. Professional business license fees.

(a) Each professional business located within the unincorporated area of Clark County, shall pay an annual business license fee of three hundred dollars for each professional.

(1)

The intent of this section is to require a three hundred dollar license fee to be paid per professional, per year, whether the fee is paid by the individual professional or by a professional business with which the individual professional is associated.

(b)

Additional business license(s) with fees based upon gross revenue are required for the sale of any products or services not specifically related to or required for the performance of the profession for which a license, certificate, registration, permit or similar type of authorization was issued by a regulatory body as defined in NRS 622.060 or regulated pursuant to the Nevada Supreme Court Rules.

(c)

Each professional business, located outside the unincorporated area of Clark County, that conducts business within the unincorporated area of Clark County, shall pay an annual business license fee of three hundred dollars.
