§ 6.12.070. Amusement machines.

Any person maintaining any type of mechanical or computer operated game or device or games of chance as defined in Section 6.48.010 of this title that is not intended or played for gambling purposes, but for amusement only, shall obtain an amusement machine license. The license fee shall be thirty-five dollars for each player station with the exception of pool tables not associated with a billiard hall license or juke boxes, in which case the license fee shall be thirty-five dollars semiannually for each table or juke box.
