§ 6.12.050. Air ambulance services.

  • "Air ambulance services" is defined as an aircraft especially designed, constructed, modified or equipped to be used for the transportation of injured or sick persons. "Air ambulance services" does not include any commercial aircraft carrying passengers on regularly scheduled flights. For air ambulance service, the fee shall be two hundred dollars annually. Every air ambulance service which picks up patients within Clark County, regardless of where transported, must comply with all emergency medical service regulations as adopted by the district board of health as a condition of their license.
