§ 6.12.030. Admission fee.

Any person engaged in any business that charges a fee for entry to the business for use and enjoyment thereof, shall obtain an admission fee license and shall pay a semiannual gross revenue license fee as contained in the schedule in Section 6.12.995 of this chapter, unless specifically exempted by a license classification as set forth elsewhere in this code and/or NRS Chapter 463.
