§ 6.115.150. Notice of hearing.

Parties to license revocation proceedings before the board shall receive notice, in writing, of the time, place and nature of any hearing. Such notice shall not be less than twenty days and may be served as provided in NRCP 4. Such notice shall contain a statement of facts constituting grounds for license revocation. The licensee shall file a verified response or answer to said notice not more than ten days after receipt of notice.
