§ 6.115.100. Temporary license.

Any licensee filing a complete application for any license required hereunder shall be issued a temporary license by the director; provided, that such licensee have a current business license at the time of passage of the ordinance codified in this chapter. Such temporary license shall expire upon denial, or upon the granting of a permanent license. If denied, the temporary license shall be renewed upon the filing of an appeal as is set out in Section 6.115030(g) and shall expire upon final action of the board.
