§ 6.115.090. Persons originating outside the state.

Acquisition agents who maintain an office or employ any person, agent or independent contractor within the county and who procure or obtain persons or prospective purchasers from outside the state of Nevada, and deliver, direct or otherwise refer such persons to a time-share sales presentation within this county, and who collect a fee for such service, shall be deemed to have completed or consummated such contract in this county, when the person or prospective purchaser actually arrives and attends the time-sharing sales presentation in this county.
