§ 6.115.040. License fee.

(a) Every developer required by this chapter to obtain a license shall pay a license fee based upon the gross sales as set out in Section 6.12.835.

(b)

Every seller engaging in business in the county shall pay a license fee of one hundred fifty dollars semiannually for each location at which the seller conducts business, and a fee based upon gross income as set out in Section 6.12.835.

(c)

Every acquisition agent engaging in business in the county shall pay a license fee of one hundred fifty dollars semiannually for each location at which the acquisition agent conducts business and a fee based upon its gross income as provided in Section 6.12.835.
