§ 6.115.020. License required.

All developers, sellers, and acquisition agents which:

(a)

Engage in the business of offering or selling time-share intervals or time-sharing plans; or

(b)

Procure or otherwise provide purchasers or prospective purchasers for attendance at a time-share sales presentation, or purchasers of a time-share interval in the county; or

(c)

Engage in the business of offering a time-share interval which employs other acquisition agents to procure or obtain persons to attend a time-share sales presentation in the county, from either within or without the state of Nevada, where the time-share program is being offered for sale either within or without the state of Nevada, shall first obtain a business license to engage in such activity as provided in this chapter. A separate license shall be required for each premises, location, or address at which a licensee conducts business.
