§ 5.04.120. Amendment of monorail franchise agreement.

(a) Amendments to the monorail franchise agreement must be approved by the county commission; and

(b)

Any change in the route of the monorail having a material effect upon land use, and any addition or material modification to the original route specified in the land use permit, shall constitute an amendment to the land use permit which must be approved by the county commission, in its sole discretion, and shall require a new application for land use permit and notice to affected property owners, if any, in accordance with applicable sections of Titles 29 and 30 of this code.
