§ 5.04.050. Monorail master business license.

Upon the grant of a monorail franchise by the county commission, the director of business license shall issue a monorail master business license to the franchisee, provided the franchisee has complied with license requirements and all approvals for such license have been obtained pursuant to Chapter 6.14 of this code.
