§ 5.01.230. Force majeure.

In the event a franchisee's or rights-of-way licensee's performance of any of the terms, conditions or obligations required by this chapter of the code or franchise or rights-of-way license agreement is prevented by a cause or event beyond the control of the franchisee or rights-of-way licensee, such inability to perform shall be deemed excused and no penalties or sanctions shall be imposed as a result thereof.
