§ 4.28.050. Distribution of fees.

Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 4.28.040, the initial three million dollars of the proceeds received by the county shall be distributed to the Culinary and Hospitality Academy of Las Vegas for the planning, design, and construction of a facility for vocational training in Southern Nevada.
