§ 4.28.030. Collection—Reimbursement.

The fee imposed pursuant to Section 4.28.020(a) shall be collected by the Nevada Department of Taxation, and after deduction of 0.10 percent of the amount of the proceeds of the fees to reimburse the department for its costs of administration, distribute the remaining amount of the proceeds to the county quarterly.
