§ 4.18.800. Amendments.

Latest version.

All amendments to the Local School Support Tax Law, NRS Chapter 374, and the City-County Relief Tax, NRS Chapter 377, which have become effective after the enactment of any provision of this chapter and remain in effect or become effective subsequent to the date of enactment of any provision of this chapter and amendments thereto not inconsistent with this chapter shall automatically become a part of this chapter on their respective effective dates.
