§ 4.18.530. Attorney general to prosecute action—Provisions of N.R.S., N.R.C.P. and N.R.A.P. applicable.

The attorney general, on behalf of Clark County, shall prosecute the action, and the provisions of N.R.S. and the Nevada Rules of Civil Procedure and Nevada Rules of Appellate procedure relating to service of summons, pleadings, proofs, trials and appeals are applicable to the proceedings.
