All amendments to NRS Chapter 366 effective subsequent to the date of enactment of
the supplemental fuel tax ordinance, including, without limitation, the amendments
made by Chapter 366, Statutes of Nevada, 2013, to the extent not inconsistent with
NRS Chapter 373, shall automatically become a part of the portions of the supplemental
fuel tax ordinance dealing with taxes on special fuels.
