§ 4.07.330. Tax in lieu of tax imposed by Sections 4.07.020 through 4.07.070.

The tax on special fuel imposed by Sections 4.07.080 through 4.07.140, inclusive, shall be in lieu of the tax imposed pursuant to Sections 4.07.020 through 4.07.070, inclusive, of the supplemental fuel tax ordinance in connection with special fuel.
