§ 4.04.240. Evidentiary effect of Nevada Tax Commission's certificate.

In any action commenced and prosecuted under the provisions of Section 4.04.230 the certificate of the tax commission shall be prima facie evidence of the amount of the tax and penalty and of the obligation therefor of the person named in such certificate.
