§ 3.60.100. Funding recommendations.

The committee shall make its recommendations to the board of county commissioners and to the Las Vegas city council, respectively, concerning its funding recommendations, which are consistent with the Clark County comprehensive housing affordability strategy (CHAS), the HUD consolidated plan, and any replacement programs or plans, and the annual plans in effect, as determined by the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development.
