There is created the community housing resources advisory committee (CHRAC). The committee
shall be constituted and governed pursuant to the interlocal contract, entered into
between Clark County and the city of Las Vegas, adopted and approved by the board
of county commissioners on March 7, 1995, and the Las Vegas city council on March
1, 1995, which is attached to the ordinance codified in this chapter, and made a part
hereof, and referenced as Exhibit A (the "contract").
