§ 3.56.100. County manager—Equal business opportunity program.

The county manager shall develop and implement an equal business opportunity program for Clark County. The program shall include in reach training and outreach seminars/workshops and data capturing. The county manager shall submit an annual report, in writing, to the board of county commissioners. The report shall address the county's utilization of businesses available in the procurement process.
