§ 3.56.070. Procedural rules—Attendance policy.

Four members of the council (if there are seven or eight members) or five members of the council (if there are nine members) shall constitute a quorum for the transaction of business.

(a)

The council shall adopt Robert's Rules of Order and any additional rules for the transaction of its business, not inconsistent with applicable state laws or Clark County ordinances.

(b)

The provisions of Chapter 3.01 of Title 3 of the Clark County Code concerning removal for unexcused absences are applicable to members appointed to the council.
