§ 3.56.020. Created—General provisions.

There is created the Clark County Business Development Advisory Council. The council shall be appointed by the board of county commissioners and shall include up to but not-to-exceed nine members. The members of the council will serve for a term of two years. Any vacancies during the term will be filled by an appointment by the board of county commissioners. The council shall elect its chair and vice-chair.
