§ 3.22.040. Powers, rights, and obligations of board of county commissioners.

The powers, rights and obligations of the board of county commissioners in establishing the district and levying taxes for the support of the district are those powers enumerated and set forth in NRS 474.460 to 474.540, inclusive and as amended from time to time.
