§ 3.22.020. Creation of the Mount Charleston fire protection district—Description.

(a) Area designated. There is hereby created and established in Clark County, a fire protection district in that unincorporated area located, described, and comprising the following:

All of Sections 25, 35, and 36, Township 18 South, Range 56 East, M.D.M., Clark County, Nevada;

The Northeast Quarter (NE ¼) of Section 26, Township 18 South, Range 56 East, M.D.M., Clark County, Nevada;

The South Half (S ½) of Section 26, Township 18 South, Range 56 East, M.D.M., Clark County, Nevada;

The Northeast Quarter (NE ¼) of Section 34, Township 18 South, Range 56 East, M.D.M., Clark County, Nevada;

The South Half (S ½) of Section 34, Township 18 South, Range 56 East, M.D.M., Clark County, Nevada;

All of Sections 30 and 31, Township 18 South, Range 57 East, M.D.M., Clark County, Nevada;

All of Sections 1 through 3, 10 through 15, 21 through 28, and 33 through 36, Township 19 South, Range 56 East, M.D.M., Clark County, Nevada;

The East Half (E ½) of the Southwest Quarter (SW ¼) of Section 4, Township 19 South, Range 56 East, M.D.M., Clark County, Nevada;

The East Half (E ½) of the West Half (W ½) of the Southwest Quarter (SW ¼) of Section 4, Township 19 South, Range 56 East, M.D.M., Clark County, Nevada;

The East Half (E ½) of Section 4, Township 19 South, Range 56 East, M.D.M., Clark County, Nevada;

The East Half (E ½) of East Half (E ½) of the Southwest Quarter (SW ¼) of Section 9, Township 19 South, Range 56 East, M.D.M., Clark County, Nevada;

The Northeast Quarter (NE ¼) of Section 16, Township 19 South, Range 56 East, M.D.M., Clark County, Nevada;

Government Lot 7, of Section 16, Township 19 South, Range 56 East, M.D.M., Clark County, Nevada;

All of Tracts 37 through 40, 43 through 51, 53 through 55, and 58, Township 19 South, Range 56 East, M.D.M., Clark County, Nevada;

All of Public Land Tracts 52, 56, and 57, Township 19 South, Range 56 East, M.D.M., Clark County, Nevada;

All of Sections 1 through 36, Township 19 South, Range 57 East, M.D.M., Clark County, Nevada;

All of Sections 6 through 7, 18 through 19, and 30 through 31, Township 19 South, Range 58 East, M.D.M., Clark County, Nevada;

All of Sections 1 through 4, Township 20 South, Range 56 East, M.D.M., Clark County, Nevada;

All of Sections 1 through 6, Township 20 South, Range 57 East, M.D.M., Clark County, Nevada;

All of Section 6, Township 20 South, Range 58 East, M.D.M., Clark County, Nevada.

The above described boundary limits of the Mount Charleston fire district now includes eighty-one square miles, more or less.

(b)

Title. The fire protection district shall be designated and known as the "Mount Charleston Fire Protection District," hereinafter referred to as "district."
