The Clark County planning commission, in addition to electing its chairman, shall
create and fill such other of its offices as it may determine, and may recommend to
the board of county commissioners the appointment of such employees as may be deemed
necessary for proper discharge of planning commission work, or the engagement of contractual
services of planners, architects, engineers, and other specialized consultants, to
the same end.
