The Red Rock Design Overlay District is hereby established to impose additional design standards within and adjacent to the Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area (RRCNCA) to minimize the visual impact of development within the area, to maintain the rural character and cultural heritage of the community, preserve wildlife habitat, and minimize the impacts of additional traffic.
