§ 30.48.190. Standards.

  • a.

    Property within an RNP shall be maintained as a low density residential development, not to exceed an overall density of two (2) dwelling units per acre, except for the RNP-III, which shall not exceed a density of four (4) dwelling units per acre. Local supporting public facility uses shall have appropriate buffering and setbacks.

    b.

    Adequate buffer areas, screening, and an orderly and efficient transition of land uses, as determined by the Board, shall be provided between the RNP and a development with a higher density or intensity of use.

    c.

    The Board may, for good cause shown, allow a greater density or intensity of use when less than three hundred and thirty (330) feet from an RNP.
