§ 30.40.240. Purpose of the M-1 Light Manufacturing District.

The M-1 Light Manufacturing District is established to provide area suitable for the development of light manufacturing establishments and to prohibit the development of incompatible uses. This district is intended for areas which are typically ten (10) acres or more in size. See Chapter 30.56, Table 30.56-2, for additional design standards. For properties located within the Adult Use Overlay District, also see Chapters 30.44, Table 30.44-1; 30.48, Part H; and 30.76.080.
