§ 30.40.100. Purpose of R-T, Manufactured Home Residential District.

This district is established to provide for residential areas which would be compatible for the development of single-family residential uses, including manufactured homes and manufactured home parks, and to prohibit the development of incompatible uses that are detrimental to the residential environment. See Table 30.56-2A for additional design standards.
