§ 30.40.040. Purpose of R-U, Rural Open Land District.

This district is established to provide for very low density residential use and other appropriate uses of the vast areas of rural land. See Table 30.56-2A for additional design standards and subsection 30.56.060(b) for provisions regarding special setbacks permitted within Mt. Charleston, Lee Canyon, and Kyle Canyon.
