§ 30.24.020. Applicability.

A PUD shall only be established on sites that satisfy the following requirements:

1.

The overall site shall consist of a minimum gross area of five (5) acres.

2.

The entire property proposed for development as a PUD shall be under common ownership or unified control to ensure unified development.
