§ 30.16.150. Reconveyance of Public Property.

Latest version.

Applications for the reconveyance of public property shall be processed by the originating department or agency through the Clark County Department of Administrative Services, working in conjunction with the Departments of Public Works and Comprehensive Planning to satisfy related NRS requirements concerning public notification and Planning Commission recommendations.
