§ 30.04.150. Abatement Proceedings.

Any use of property, or the establishment of a building or structure contrary to the provisions of this Title or in violation of any condition attached to the granting of any land use application is unlawful and a public nuisance. Upon discovery of such a violation, the County may commence proceedings for the abatement thereof in accordance with applicable provisions of the Clark County Code, or may pursue other remedies as provided by law.
