§ 30.04.090. Unlawful Uses and Structures Not Validated.

These provisions shall not be interpreted to validate or make lawful any unlawful use or structure existing upon the effective date of the ordinances codified in this Title. Any such unlawful use or structure shall remain unlawful to the extent that the use or structure is in conflict with the provisions of this Title.
