§ 30.04.050. Designees.

Whenever this Title refers to the Director of Building, Director of Comprehensive Planning, Zoning Administrator, Director of Public Works, Building Official, Code Enforcement Manager, County Surveyor, County Engineer, County Recorder, Director of Business License, Director of Air Quality and Environmental Management, Sheriff, and/or District Attorney, it shall also include any person designated by that authority to act in his or her place.
