§ 30.04.010. Title.

Latest version.

This Title shall be known as the Clark County Unified Development Code (UDC) and is adopted under the authority of Chapter 278 (Planning and Zoning) of the Nevada Revised Statutes and all amendatory and supplementary acts, and shall include any future amendments. If the provisions of this Title are in conflict with the Nevada Revised Statutes, Nevada Revised Statutes will prevail.
