§ 2.62.030. Administrative support and funding.

  • (a) There shall be a director of the review board, who shall be appointed by the county manager in consultation with the city manager, with the advice and consent of the board and the council. The term of the director's service shall be at the pleasure of the county manager and the city manager.


    The county and the city may, upon mutual agreement, provide such funding, staffing, legal counsel and other resources as they determine, according to their sole discretion, to be necessary for the performance of the functions of the director and the review board. Neither the director, the review board, nor any panel of the review board shall incur any expense for which funding has not been approved by the city and the county.
