§ 2.32.050. Legal aid—Remittance of fees.

  • If fees are imposed pursuant to Section 2.32.040 of this chapter, the clerk of district court and justice of the peace shall account for and pay over to the county treasurer any such fees collected by him during the preceding month. The county treasurer shall remit quarterly such fees to a program for legal aid organized under the auspices of the state Bar of Nevada, a county or local bar association, a county or municipal program for legal services or another program funded by the state or the United States to provide legal assistance without a charge.
