§ 20.13.070. Nonconforming uses.

The regulations prescribed by this chapter shall not be construed to require the removal, lowering, or other change or alteration of any structure or tree not conforming to these regulations when they were adopted or amended, or otherwise interfere with the continuance of a nonconforming use, provided such prior nonconforming structure or use meets all the requirements of Section 20.13.020(8), except as provided in Section 20.13.090.
