§ 20.13.040. Airport hazard area height limitations.

Except as otherwise provided in this chapter, no structure shall be erected, altered, or maintained in the airport hazard areas that would violate the height limitations depicted on the airspace zoning maps or would otherwise constitute an airport hazard. All construction within the airport hazard areas shall be subject to the execution by the property owner of an avigation easement in a form prescribed by the director of aviation.
