§ 20.12.120. Judicial review.

Latest version.

Any person aggrieved, or taxpayer affected, by any decisions of the Clark County planning commission, or the board of Clark County commissioners, may appeal to the courts of Nevada, as provided in Section 22 of Chapter 205 of the Public Laws of Nevada, 1947.
