§ 20.12.080. Hazard marking and lighting.

Any permit or variance granted under Sections 17.78.060 or 17.78.070 may, if such action is considered advisable to effectuate the purposes of this chapter and reasonable in the circumstances, be so conditioned as to require the owner of the structure or natural growth in question to permit the Nellis Air Force Base, at its own expense, to install, operate, and maintain thereon such markers and lights as may be necessary to indicate to aircraft pilots the presence of a flight hazard.
