§ 20.12.030. Zones.

In order to carry out the purposes of this chapter all of the land within Clark County and within fifty thousand feet of the respective established airfield reference points is hereby divided into height limiting zones, the boundaries of which and the heights applicable thereto are shown on the Nellis Air Force Base Airspace Zoning Map, dated March 4, 1998, which is incorporated by reference and made a part hereof.
