The director of aviation and other appropriate officers of the county are authorized
and directed to take all action as may be necessary or desirable in connection with
the imposition and collection of the PFC's, including, without limitation, taking
such action as may be necessary to enforce the collection of PFC's, complying with
such rules and regulations and circulars as is required by the Act, the Regulations
and the Approval, and preparing and filing such other instruments, reports, assurances
and other documents as the FAA may require.
