§ 20.04.050. Airport access.

(a) No tenant shall permit the operation of either an aeronautical activity or a nonaeronautical activity from outside the boundaries of the airport across premises leased from Clark County to the airfield without the express written consent of the board of county commissioners and the payment of an appropriate access fee.

(b)

No aircraft shall be operated across or upon any leased premises or upon the airport from any area adjacent to and not owned by Clark County without the express written consent of the board of county commissioners and the payment of an appropriate access fee.
