§ 20.04.031. Compliance with general aviation rules and regulations.

  • Entrance upon airport property and use of airport facilities by any person is by permission of the board of county commissioners and is subject to revocation. Any permission granted a person by the board of county commissioners directly or indirectly, expressly or by implication, to enter upon or use the airport or any part thereof, is conditioned upon compliance with the Clark County Code and with all other federal, state, and local statutes, and rules and regulations governing the use and operation of the airport, including the general aviation rules and regulations code issued by the director of aviation. Whoever, without being fully authorized, licensed or invited, willfully enters or remains at an airport, or portion thereof, or having been authorized, licensed or invited to an airport, or portion thereof, is warned or ordered by the director of aviation or a law enforcement officer to depart, and refuses to do so, commits the offense of trespass.
